Walp, after years of having to listen to the insane, crisis-mode rants of moonbats telling everyone--with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY-- how the indictment and "frog-marching" of Carl Rove was "inevitable" and "imminent" and was "Only the tip of the ice-burg" about the "Lies!" and "LIES!!" and "MORE LIES!!!" told by the "Lying Liar Who Tells Lies," the "Liar-In-Chief," the "Mis-Leader"--namely President George W. Bush vis-a-vis one of the rationales for going to war, i.e. Saddam's suspected WMD possessions and unaccountability-- Rove walks free to whistle and demolish the Left's scheme for a hostile takeover of the Congress...

...and a WMD stockpile on ice--possessed and unaccounted for-- is found stashed in Iraq.

They should be quiet now, sit down, and begin eating the voluminous and vile words they've been vomiting out for years--which should take quite a while to digest.

They only have themselves--and their "heroic" brainwashing gurus like Richard "Bush-Ignored-Me" Clarke, Joe "Bush Lied" Wilson IV, John "Bush Misled" Kerry, Howard Dean, Michael Moore, Al Franken, the Daily Kos, The Nation, et cetera--to blame for the taste.

And of course, they should take the time between plates to apologize.

But you certainly can't expect that from them.

Instead, expect their peevishness to be multiplied by spite as they choke on their own words and begin spluttering "but-but" rationalizations.

President Bush has delivered, good people.

The United States of America is, once again, respected by our friends and feared by our enemies (except the suicidal psycho ones we are at war with who will nevertheless go too far one day and tremble before the super-psycho that is the righteously-wrathful United States of America run out of patience).

The new Iraqi republic--now an American ally in the War on Terror (who could have imagined that a few short years ago? The administration and its supporters, that's who)-- practically begs President Bush to just ignore the "antiwar" crowd (which presumes to speak for Iraqis) and stick around to help get rid of the psycho terrorists (who the "antiwar" crowd is actually in bed with).

And today, the United States senate decided to ignore them, too.

We are the undisputed Leader of the Free World, which is Prosperous and--with the exception of tightening pockets that have the suicidal psychos we are at war with running around--at Peace.

While prominent, outspoken Bush-Haters said they'd "Leave the country" if Bush was re-elected, they decided to stay, after all, while millions of others sneak in over the borders to get a piece of this great country.

The Bush Admininstration's "Attack on Science?"

SDI--what the scientifically "savvy" and "progressive" Left mocked as "Star Wars" and "A technical impossibility!" not too long ago is standing poised to shoot down a missile launched by North Korea.

The space shuttle is ready to go up again.

Manned missions to the moon--and the establishment of a moon colony--and to Mars are being envisioned and engineered since President Bush's commissioning in the first term, an ambitious pursuit--during peacetime, no less-- not seen since JFK launched the Apollo program in the early 1960's in the context of Cold War competition.

Indeed, despite the insane allegations by the Left that the Bush Administration has taken us back to the Dark Ages, we lead the world in scientific progress as never before.

Their gripe and "Championing of Science" is in regards to (1) the conservative resistance to letting Dr. Frankenstein "experiment" on human embryos--someone they wanted the Supreme Court to unleash, (2) the conservative (and self-evident, at least when you look at and listen to conservatives) reasoning of Intelligent Design behind Life vs. the faith-based dogmas of Darwinism-- a reasoning they want the Supreme Court to censor, and (3) the conservative complaints against cooked data by Leftist environmentalist who claim the earth is cooking by human behavior like barbecue cook-outs (not to mention all other activities enabled by fossil fuels)-- which they want the courts to regulate.

But the Supreme Court has been transformed--and saved-- in the Bush 43 era.

Now Liberalism itself is on the "endangered species" list, and is nearing extinction (because it's not cute enough to garner sympathy).

It is on Life-Support now--and that Life-Support is the conservative qualities it appropriates to make it look less liberal.

Meanwhile, a charging bull of an economy which supposedly was--according to the Bush-haters--"The Worst Since The Great Depression" has employed and enriched anyone who wanted to be.

The Laffer Curve has been confirmed again: Government revenue has increased by billions in the wake of the supply-side and individual tax-cuts.

The Dow just recently came very close to surpassing the record set--to much Clintonian fanfare-- in 2000, yet without the assistance of the boom and the "irrational exuberance" which pumped it up to record size with as much hot-air as had swelled Clinton's big, fat, head.

However, this boom--not engendered by empty stock but by bricks and mortar that people live in-- seems to have run a course and is slowing down for the summer to take a breather, as is Republicus.

The lesson in all this?

What Republicus and others have been saying all along: The Bush-hating, "antiwar" crowd is unhinged and full of it.

Ignore them.

The only ones paying attention to them are Bin Laden and his Islamist ilk.

Be back soon...

...Sooner or later. ;)

Happy Father's Day

History of Father's Day
(from Wikipedia)

In the United States, the driving force behind the establishment of the celebration of Father's Day was Mrs. Sonora Smart Dodd, born in Creston, Washington. Her father, the Civil War veteran William Jackson Smart, as a single parent raised his six children in Spokane, Washington. She was inspired by Anna Jarvis' efforts to establish Mother's Day. Although she initially suggested June 5, the anniversary of her father's death, she did not provide the organizers with enough time to make arrangements, and the celebration was deferred to the third Sunday of June. The first Father's Day was celebrated on June 19, 1910, in Spokane.

Unofficial support from such figures as William Jennings Bryan was immediate and widespread.

President Woodrow Wilson was personally feted by his family in 1916.

President Calvin Coolidge recommended it as a national holiday in 1924. In 1966, President Lyndon Johnson made Father's Day a holiday to be celebrated on the third Sunday of June. The holiday was not officially recognized until 1972, during the presidency of Richard Nixon.

More reverse-charge (collect) telephone calls are made on Father's Day than on any other day.

In the UK, Fathers Day is nine months before Mothering Sunday - suggestions have been made that Father gets his present on Fathers Day, and Mother gets hers nine months later!
