I posted that a while back, great video.

I do believe we are on the upswing for 2010 and 2012 elections. I sure hope RINO Republicans have learned a lesson -- shape up or leave.

If ever there was an opportunity to challenge incumbent RINOs from the right in the primaries, this is it!

Of course, the same goes for challenging uber-liberals in the DNC primaries with people to their right.... because I know the Left squeeked a few uber-liberals in during the DNC primaries last election cycle.

Yes, I think the Rino Goops have learned their lesson...Scott Brown is proving that with his evil, treasonous behaviour...and infecting others already:

Voinovich, who was patted on the back by a grateful Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) after the vote, said that he could see himself working jointly with Brown and Democrats for the remainder of the term.

"I think he and I are going to do a lot of music together," said Rino Republican Senator Voinovich. "My vote was reflective of what I thought made sense."

But, cockroach Republicans remain an infestation.

I just watched Hannity tonight and I have to say I'm not sure any Republican win in 2010 will help America...I don't honestly think anything can anymore.

Never say die, Z. Remember what Beck said at the CPAC convention (quoting Reagan): It's still morning in America" (granted, after a night of debauchery, a morning comprised of headaches and vomit, but...).

The jobs bill that passed was a good one, Stan. Harry finally did something right for a change, saving taxpayers about $60B in "bi-partisan buy-in" pork.

I haven't been following that, fj, except to catch the headline of Brown breaking ranks. Why were the rest of the GOP congressmen against it?

The GOP had already cut their deals with the White House when Harry tossed it over for something approaching "fiscal responsibility".

Back in the Bush White House days, the Dem's always signed on just for the pork. The original deal that Harry tossed was just more of the same.

It was something of a win-win for Harry, since he had to skew the original $800B "stimulus" towards Nancy's estrogen friendly jobs, which had scrubbed out all the shovel-ready testosterone filled "highway construction" jobs. This bill put them back in.

But why was the rest of the GOP still against?

If you had an opportunity to continue to dine on pork steaks as you had for the past eight years, would you settle for gruel?

If I was a democrat...

It almost sounds as if it's the Democrats who are willing to tighten their belts and go lean and the Republicans who are the porkers, but that can't be right. It's counter-intuitive and runs against the grain of the running narrative.

Pardon any ignorance. I don't pay much attention to congressional dynamics outside of thematic gists and watershed events, and the information that you provided doesn't jive with the former (although I'm aware of the Republican's Circean transformation, I was not aware that the Democrats have been Hermetically humanized, as is indicated).

Are you kidding? The Dems already wrote and feasted on their Porkulus package. $800B worth. This bi-part bill was 1/10th that. Chump change, but an opportunity for the (R)s to get a little taste of pork for a change.

TO HELL with you Stanley.

We mean it, and you and the rest of your moronic compatriots are going to feel the need to do some serious scholarship to understand why. I already know that you and yours do not understand the Constitution or WHY it even exists, but it may be a good time to arm your socialist selves for what is going to happen now.
