racism is alive and well in the gop.

eric holder got 20 or so votes against him for AG.

the traditional gop argument against approving blacks and hispanics for jobs is that they get a leg up over their white competitors.

but Holder had an impeccable resume.

even better than Reno or John Mitchell

"Better than Reno"?

"Impeccable resume"?

You're insane. Holder litigated the pardon of the biggest tax evading fugitive in history (as a favor to his boss Clinton, who then got a huge check from the tax evader for his presidential library complex in Little Rock).

And Reno was about a good an Attorney General as Jocelyn Elders was a Surgeon General (freakshows both, like the president who appointed them).

Ain't in grand how Holder got those Puerto Rican terrorist bombers off the hook during the Clinton admin? And approving a pardon for such a great DNC campaign contributor like Frank Rich... touch of GENIUS that was.

ps - If anyone votes against him, he's a reicho NAZI!

I wonder if intelligent design proponents would have any problem with presenting a NON-Christian deity as being the designer?

Intelligent Design proponents aren't necessarily Christian.

Ben Stein, for example.

And Thomas Jefferson for another.

(Although I believe that Jefferson--a self-styled Deist--nevertheless philosophically considered himself a Christian.)
